What we deliver
Design and engineering. House models adapted to Guyanese style, climate, and soil, engineered in cold-formed steel. Construction drawings, site layouts, floor plans, foundation plans, plumbing and electrical layouts, elevations, 3D models, and structural drawings.
Manufacturing. Structural framing formed on our Cove and John line, with drywall studs, trusses, and accessories from our Louisiana plant. Pre-cut and labeled, with quality control at the source.
Training. Local framing crews trained on our system before and during the build.
Delivery support. Warehousing in Guyana, scheduling, and on-site technical support. Our US engineering team is one hour away and answers the same day.
