Buy metal studs, track, and trusses from the manufacturer. Structural studs and track are formed at our Cove and John facility. Everything else ships from US Frame Factory in Louisiana. No distributor middleman.
What we supply
Structural studs and track. Web sizes 1-5/8″ to 14″. Flanges 1-1/4″ to 3-1/2″. 10 to 20 gauge (33 to 118 mil). For load bearing walls, multi-story buildings, and long spans. Formed in Cove and John.
Drywall studs and track. Web sizes 1-5/8″ to 6″. 20 to 28 gauge (15 to 33 mil). For interior partitions and ceilings. Ships from Louisiana.
Trusses. Engineered roof and floor trusses in cold-formed steel, clear spans up to 80 ft. Ships from Louisiana. More on engineered trusses
Wall panels. Prefabricated panels save up to 50% of framing time on site. They go up with a drill and screws.
Accessories. Hat channel, furring, resilient channel, cold rolled channel, slotted track, flat strap, structural angle, Unistrut, clips, and self-tapping screws. Which screws to use
All material is G60 or G90 galvanized.
Custom lengths, not stock lengths
We form to the length you need, up to 56 ft, accurate to 1/16″. Your crew does not spend the day cutting, and you are not paying for steel that ends up in a scrap pile. We call this Zero Waste Framing.

- If you only have plans, we do the takeoff for you.
- If you need engineering, we provide shop drawings and stamped engineering. Engineering services
- We send a quote and a lead time.

Questions contractors ask us
What gauge do I need for a house?
It depends on the wall height, loads, and spans. Your engineer or ours should size it. We can do the engineering.
Do I need special tools?
No heavy equipment. A screw gun, clamps, snips for small adjustments, and a level. Pre-cut material means very little cutting on site.
Can you supply the whole house package?
Yes. We can put together framing, trusses, sheathing, and accessories as one package.
